We want you and your little ones to love every Caden Lane piece, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Please note that personalized or final sale products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
